Privacy notice
This notice covers the personal information collected through the two online forms on the Tai-IoT website (www.tai-iot.com): the trial request and the chip adaptation request. The handler is Hainan Taiyue IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (海南泰岳物联科技有限公司, “we”). This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

What we collect
- Both forms: company, contact name and email (required), and phone (optional).
- Trial request: the development computer's operating system (required), the AI client and model service and additional notes (optional), and the version of the trial terms you accepted.
- Chip adaptation request: category, vendor, model, development tools and SDK with versions, and the engineering task for the AI (required); development board, debug probe, development computer operating system and resources you can provide (optional).
- Download records: after a trial request, the system creates a personal download link for you and records whether it was sent, when it expires, how many times it was downloaded and when it was last downloaded; the link is stored only after irreversible processing, and the downloader's IP address is not recorded.
- Abuse prevention: to limit repeated submissions, the submitting address is used only after irreversible processing; the original IP address is never stored, and these records are deleted after 24 hours.
How we use it
To handle your trial and chip adaptation requests, send the trial download link to the email address you entered, provide trial support, and improve the product and platform adaptation. We do not use this information for marketing unrelated to these purposes.
Retention and deletion
Applications and download records are stored on our servers for 12 months from submission and are then deleted automatically.
Processors and sharing
After you submit, the system sends the application to the colleagues who handle it through our corporate email; for a trial request, it also sends the download link to the address you entered through the same email service. The corporate email is provided by NetEase. Except as required by law, we do not sell or provide your personal information to any other third party.
Your rights
You can email web@tai-iot.com at any time to access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent. We will respond promptly after verifying your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

- The online forms are intended for businesses and engineering professionals, not for minors under 14.
- When this notice changes, we publish the new version on this page and update the date.
